Stress, Burnout, and Rest – Learn strategies that will help you turn stress to your advantage and boost your performance

It’s a challenging time of the semester. You’ve been busy, but there’s still a lot to do. Join us in this session to manage and reframe stress and rest so you can make it to the end.

  • Gain insight into the relationship between stress, learning, and executive functioning
  • Apply self-compassion as you attend to your holistic needs as a human and a learner
  • Identify practical and realistic ways to build rest into your schedule to avoid burnout

This workshop will be held online on Zoom.

  • Live captioning is available.
  • Interactive activities may include online polling apps and the chat feature.
  • The session will not be recorded. We will share slides and resources with all registrants.
  • Keeping your camera on is welcome but optional.
