Writing Plus Workshops: Essay Writing from Start to Finish

Location: Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Room 5150

9:30 to 10:30 am: Organizing your Essay – Building coherent, connected arguments using reasoning and evidence

10:45 to 11:45 am: Using Sources – Using summary, quotation, and paraphrase correctly and effectively

12 to 1 pm: Revising your Essay – Improve your editing and proofreading skills

The St. George Campus College Writing Centres, in collaboration with University of Toronto Libraries, the Career Centre, English Language Learning, and the Academic Success Centre, are offering this campus-wide series of academic skills workshops to the University’s entire student body. All workshops are free and there is no need to pre-register. Come for one, or come for all!
